You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Matthew 5:14

About Us

We are a group of people from all walks of life who follow Jesus Christ as Lord and King. We believe that everyone is important and we want to help people of all backgrounds in discovering who they are, what their life is about and how they can know God for themselves.

As a Church, We are

Believing the Bible is God’s inspired word and wholly sufficient for everything we need in life.

Always seeking to reach people with the love of Jesus Christ - The Son of God who came into this world to die for our sins and to give us life.

Knowing that the message of Christ breaks down hostility and discrimination and unites people from all walks of life in love.

We are members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and linked to the North West Baptist Association. We also work with the North West Gospel Partnership and Bury Churches Together.

Beliefs and Values

  • We affirm the Declaration in Principle of the Baptist Union and wholeheartedly embrace the Vision and Values set forth by Baptists Together.

  • We affirm the Evangelical Alliance Basis of Faith and the Nicene Creed used by the Christian Church worldwide as their Statement of Faith.
